Is there a hook or a way to know when a player uses the ULX menu commands?

I am making a log system and I have everything else I need implemented, but I would like to have it also display when a player uses a command from either the console, or the ulx menu, I cannot find documentation on what is called when a player uses a command.

I see my console and gamepanel saying players use ulx commands, but I am not sure how to find when they use a command, thanks.
