Right Il start at the beginning. Since ppl started to give out about the whole fake news shit and Fake accounts ( Thank you Trolls ). Facebook has begun to be a lot stricter in the way that they secure ppls accounts. Fair enough. So about 6 mths ago i shared this page selling IPTV subs. coz i bought a sub off them and it was good quality and who wantsto pay the best part of 80 quid a month for tv bla bla bla. and 2 days ago i get a message that i am not allowed to use their services for 3 days because what i shared violates the intellectual property of some big conglomerate cable TV company. ( if i wasn't supposed to share that why was it there in the first place ?) (And how are users supposed to know what is and is not allowed when rules are vague as fuck ? ) Fair enough there was a time when they didn't exist so no biggie doing without it for a few days. But the next day the dicks disabled my account. I had for like 10 years because of the post from 6 mths ago. Fair enough im in Ireland and the EU updated data protection legislation in such a way that companies are not allowed to keep any personal information of anyone if they do not have their permission. i wonder could i use the same legislation to have my account and all personal info removed off them altogether? And if they refuse sue Zuckerberg for some of his spare change. If im not allowed to use my account i believe that they should not be allowed to have any of my personal info. What dose the FacePunch community think ? Would i have a leg to stand on ?
DId you find this website by googling how to punch Facebook or something? Yeah they'd have to delete your account, I dunno how it works when you've been banned but there legally must be some way to get them to delete all your data

Ah yes, you want legal help. You've come to the perfect place! All legal advice here is not just for informational use only, but should be considered final and official advice. We take full responsibility of the consequences from following the advice given on this site. With that disclaimer out of the way, I'd just send them an e-mail I guess.
Are you certain that the deactivation is permanent and not being looked at?
deactivation is completely a facade, you can reactivate at any time full "deletion" doesn't delete your data, this has been confirmed many times.
Permanent deactivation by them no way of re-activating or apeal. but still keeping my personal data thats hardly right.
