I like how he thinks that because Nintendo did not step up and bring down holy armageddon on the very first breaking news that he was doing this, he thinks he's 100% gotten away with it. He's flexing over this "fact".
I saw the same kind of punkass attitude in the Rust forums T-plus three weeks into Rust's Steam launch, with people claiming that the loading screen warning that VAC was enabled was a lie, because nobody was being banned, even blatant hackers. Some people even encouraged others to hack, since garry "was lying about VAC being enabled and was only saying it to scare people out of cheating", and people would later admit to doing exactly this. Then the first VAC ban wave hit one month in and fucked pretty much all of them.
What Soulja Boy doesn't realize is, Nintendo's case gets bigger and meaner for every sale he makes. If they'd shut him down after one sale, it'd be hard for them to prove a pattern of behaviour in court. On the other hand, "5 million in sales" of a blatant copyright-infringement clowncar means Nintendo has enough ammunition to reduce his ass to a quarter-cup of disoriented molecular swagger. And then Sony, Sega, and the others can rock up and continue the beatings.
