Ok so basically my Gmod (which has worked perviously) decides to crash to desktop with no reason, sometimes the message "no more memory" pops up, I looked at task manager and I see that it constantly rises until it crashes. I have deleted all addons, verified files, deleted Gmod, and even reinstalled steam. Bigger games such as R6 and Portal 2 work with no problem. My RAM is currently 8gb and my graphics card is a NVIDIA 1060 3gb. Thank you for all help.
Have you tried factory reseting GMod?
There is a .bat file in the GMod directory.

How did you delete all addons? And, are you sure you did? Because also if you're subscribed to too many addons on workshop this might happen as well, so maybe you can try unsubscribing to all if that's the case.
I unsubscribed from everything
even so I only had 400 addons
My dude that is a lot of addons.
it really isn't considering how people have had around 1000 addons
