So... I starting Rust from Steam, then in "Rust Configuration" window I click "Play!", then it starts loading for a few seconds (screen with "Loading Bundles" and warning for epileptics) and just closes.
I was playing on server when I set voice chat activation to additional button on my mouse. After this, for some reasons my micro was always active. Then after some time game stuck and I close it by pressing "end process" on pop-up window. After this I cant launch game. I already reinstall game, reinstall EAC, but it doesn`t help

Problem solved by updating nvidia drivers.
