Hi, so I want to port F.E.A.R 2 props to Gmod. The problem is that all the assets are in these Arch01 files which I don't know how to open. Is there any program to open these type of files?
Please, provide more information about those archives. Maybe screenshot or link to download on of them. I'll be glad to help you
You can grab it from here. But don't expect any miracles. Those are just unpackers + some converters.

How do I even use it? When I try to open the Arch extractor it closes automatically
It's command-line tool jez. What about readme file did you even read it? Try to drop arch on exe.
Or create bat file and put in:
ArchExtractor.exe File.arch01 ".\extracted\"
Bat file must be in the same folder as exe + also that archive. I don't have that game so it's more less guess.
