Today i learned that most bacon is actually cured and ready to eat right out of the bag. Yeah like i was always so worried about raw meat precautions whenever i made breakfast.
So what have you learned rescently that is new common knowledge to you?
Today I stumbled across the word Ennui and learnt what it meant. Now I'll be waiting for the perfect time to pop in and use it.
you filter the fish fryer by first switching it off and turning the oil release valve counter-clockwise to "open." after the oil drains, you use the long brushes to push any debris into the fryer box, followed by wiping the sides of the fryer inside. then, turn the oil release valve clockwise back to "closed", turn the filter valve counter-clockwise to "open", and switch the Filter Pump switch to "on". When the oil starts to bubble, the oil has been fully transported back into the fryer, and the filter valve can be closed, as well as the filter pump switch back to "off". the fryer box can then be removed in order to clean it.
I learned that I can plug the wings of my Starlink ship into each other to make goddamn nonsense.

remember to take oil quality measurements at the end of the day to see if the oil needs changing during the kitchen prep the next day!!!!!!
