How to report a server admin cheating to get the server blacklisted.

So I have been playing on this server for a while now and the admin also plays. He has a group of 4 and my team and I finally got enough explosives to raid them. Upon raiding them we found out they had spawned in a recycler in their base and has been cheating this whole time. Its hard telling what else they have done but I have proof of this via screenshots. My question is how can I get this server blacklisted so other people wont log on to this server and spend all their time on there to just find the admin is cheating. Thanks

if you're having problems with a custom server either take it up with its admins or, you know, play on a different server.
