So i have ripped some models and i'm trying to to t-pose my model with 3ds MAX but after days and days of search I find nothing so i come here to get help please https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/353428/5dc7c680-45e4-4776-886f-15cb823ea6f9/image.png
This is just something you have to do manually if you can't convert the file formats the game uses. Rotate and translate vertexes until you get something vaguely resembling a reference pose. What have you been trying before?
You have two options, Payphone's suggestion, which is to manually adjust vertices until it is t-posed, OR Rig it as posed, move rig to t-pose, then probably re-rig/skin it.
So it appears your characters left arm is salvageable so what I would do is hopefully you can go into sub mode 'Element' ,select the right bent arm and delete it.., then still while in Element mode, select the left straight arm and select 'Detach'.. Once you're out of the sub mode, select the detached arm and at the top menu, select 'Mirror' ('X axis & Clone').. Hopefully it will snap into position.. If not, manually position the mirrored clone copy of the good right arm.. If you get this far, reply back and I can go on further about it.. Cheers
Use Ninja ripper, it will rip the models in t-pose.
Not always 🙂 .. depends on the game.. Older games you're more likely tov get it but I know a few that rip the current pose state only...
This is your best bet. It's a lot hackier than you might have wanted, but ripping models with an in-game method like 3DRDX or NinjaRipper is notoriously tricky. The only way to "rip" it into a t-pose would be to extract the model file itself from the game's files.
What game is this from?
Okay so thanx for you replys, i have resolved the problem, this model come from Tokyo Ghoul:RE rebirth and the models are not extracted in t-pose with this game In second i was trying to t-pose the model because i had some problems with textures on it when i put the model in pac3 (addon of GMOD) but i find a solution to fix that.
If their isn't any specific tools to rip Resident Evil models along with bones then your best bet is to rig the Ninja ripped model either manually or use Mixamo...
