I'll never understand how Ninja got popular in the first place. Like he seems to be an asshole both pre and post popularity, lacks any sort of personality, and within battle royale/Fortnite streaming community, he's outshined by plenty of other streamers who does the same but better. He really felt like he came out from nowhere, going from some whiny guy playing a popular game to suddenly the #1 popular gamer for said game.
He's literally PewDiePie 2.0, except instead of getting fame from youtube he's getting it on twitch.
I used to watch his Pubg streams since actually high level player in most the games he tries. I guess when he went to Fortnite he became the default streamer for some reason. Most likely because he's actually good at the game, but also because he's really hyper and obnoxius, unlike most streamers at that level who are just kind of quiet and introverted, which I assume most kids find boring.
Except PewDiePie now admits that what he did in the past was stupid, while AFAIK Ninja does not. Have you watched his recent videos?
