I had leftover chicken and eggplant Massaman curry. It's a bit strange, I did something different from what I usually do and can't figure out how I did it. I think I didn't add enough Tamarind.

Chicken breasts that were seared and seasoned on both sides before being put in a crockpot to cook hotsauce for 4 hours. Sweet corn, and baked potatoes
Cevapi with extra somun and ajvar.
Beef and pork spaghetti bolognese with added sprinkle cheese.
Leftover ground beef tacos on soft flour and crunchy corn tortillas.
If things go well when I go out in a bit I might have roasted turkey breast tonight.
Saturday is fish day for me.
Had some bread with smoked mackarel. Some good old Dutch salted herring (looks and sounds disgusting, but it's really good) and panfried some fresh Dover Sole.
