Code Locks as a new Electrical Item?

I dont think im alone in hoping you add a new Electrical Item that functions like a CodeLock/Switch.

Mounts on the wall like a switch, when the proper code is entered, allows you to control the flow of power thru it like a switch.

yeah ive been thinking about that too. i thought about being able to just put a code lock onto the switches but its to big.
