Nah, the update a member suggested where Pyro is given a fourth slot actually sounds great, as long as heavy gets it too like in the member's pitch.
My issue with anything Pyro update related is, Every Update is a Pyro update. Jungle Inferno, while a great update, didn't really make pyro any more relevant or useful, ignoring that one exploit. So as a result Pyro got a 2nd pyro update after Jungle Inferno to clean up the bugs and change more balance. before then, most of the balance changes we got pyro got the most changes pretty consistently. I'd much rather see other classes focused on rather than throw more development time towards pyro which will most likely not work.
Pyro's mask is black, therefore, he is able to say the n-word (Nerf)

The next update: Remove the L&W damage/accuracy ramp up nerf Heavy has been saddled with for 4 1/2 years. Remove the speed bonus when active/health drain on the Eviction Notice. Keep the speed bonus on hit. Make all sniper rifles unable to headshot until ...half charged. Change FoS to -1 cap rate on wearer. Remove bullshit healing/overheal penalty. Remove Medic's ability to move at the same speed as the heal target with all medi guns EXCEPT the Quick Fix. Nerf the Diamondback so it only grants stored crits on backstab, not buildings sapped. (This is a stop-gap measure.) Un-nerf the Amby by roughly halving its crit damage falloff (doubling its effective range.) Add an explosive or bullet damage vulnerability to the DDS. Remove the Quickie Bomb Launcher's ability to destroy other stickies. Add a 10% damage penalty to the Iron Bomber. Remove the minicrit mechanic on the Reserve Shooter. Give it faster deploy and holster speeds, and a tighter spread pattern. Enforce a maximum cl_interp on all servers. Bug fix: Strange Parts applied to Strange Mantreads only increment when the Mantreads do the damage. Bug fix: Demo's shields and any Strange Parts only increment on shield kills. Bonus wishlist: New machine learning function for VAC that detects things that aren't possible for humans to do, like spinbot, fake lag, etc. Anti-chatflood on all servers. Autobalance keeps members of the same party together. ...some new mechanic to funnel traffic to community servers. Yes, I am aware I'm more likely to see Gaben riding a balloonicorn through my front yard. whats your guys thoughts on if they changed the pyro's flamethrower range to be longer, but, made the flamethrower flames work very similar to mei's ice gun, very slim and small requiring aim, and very little lingering particles, but still a tad delayed at the end tip.
Me too buddy, me too. I can´t believe canteen crasher etc are not official campaigns yet.Valve spent so much time (presumably) and we only have six official maps for it. Six!
This is the first time I have ever read that Mei required aim.
New community mvm maps and missions going official along with new Australium weapons (and perhaps other metalic weapons like silver or team colored metal) would likely cause a huge boost in MVM ticket sales and be a lot of easy revenue for Valve for relatively little extra work, would make a lot of people happy and be a nice way to give us some content between the huge amount of time between major updates we seem to be getting now but the TF2 team works in mysterious ways.
As I stated before, making money from TF2 is piss easy, there's no need to get creative, there can be 2 types of updates each season/half a year -A new PvP campaign, some community maps, war paints -A new MvM campaign (community made), new aussies, KS effects Just repetition of already established updates would keep the game more alive than ever. It's Valve's flat structure that prevents it.
well the primary reason it doesnt atm is because it slows people down on the first few hits making them easier to hit

The first thought that came to mind was a rapid-fire flaregun which is equally hilarious and terrifying in terms of what that level of flare spam would do

anyone else noticed this weird bug where if 2 people or more stand on a teleporter it stops working? super annoying, especially since SO many people don't get it and just stand there and keep waiting
