That seems like a bit of a spoiler as to how the next infinity war movie is going to end
Yeah I'm getting the impression that Mysterio is responsible for the elementals, either through superpowered special effects or genuine sorcery, and will want the glory for himself.
On a side note, every time I see Jake Gyllenhaal I just see his incredible potential to play Alan Wake. He needs to be cast in that upcoming TV series.
It's kind of annoying how marketing works yeah, makes me wish they actually withheld on any info and trailers at least until Endgame is out but oh well, guess it's just one of those things leftover from comics where you have to expect the hero probably won't stay gone for good
Remember, this is distributed by Sony. Marvel, despite announcing release dates, has steered clear of trailers for any post-IW spinoffs to keep spoilers and such locked down. Sony cares much more about their bottom line than protecting what happens in Disney's latest blockbuster.

So we know that this is set after Endgame, and there was one thing absent from this trailer that qlues me into what's gonna happen in Endgame, Tony isn't anywhere to be seen here, and I know that this is a Spiderman movie, but the MCU has made it a point to show that these two have a very close relationship.
I think all the snapped characters will be coming back, it's the ones who are killed normally like Loki and Vision who are staying dead. Though that's not to say people who come back from the snap won't also be killed before it's all over.
Isn't Vision getting a show soon?
The shows have no bearing on the films, so I don't think it matters. They'll probably just bullshit up and excuse like what happened with Phil.
I imagine that Sony's promotional material is being screened for anything that could be an Endgame spoiler. I'm not personally very worried about spoilers in promotional material.
