I'm going to take a wild guess and assume this thread, like all of OP's others, is complaining about redirection servers, servers with fake playercounts, and servers that are modded but tamper with their properties to appear in the unmodded servers list. So, a dumb thread that isn't gonna do anything just like every other thread complaining about spoofed servers.
Also it's possible to have a vanilla server with "mods" by way of rcon listen scripts, because use of rcon does not count as modding the server.

Some fake servers get Blacklisted, if they are in Community with Mods and refuse to be moved to Modded section - has happened in past and prob will happen in future
@SkylineGTST who cares about blacklisting when game refuse to show your server or do it a after decades of waiting after refresh. LoL I think that was true...
