Yes. I know about it but just can't find the animation of lying.

GarrysMod/bin/hlmv.exe - Open Model Viewer
Click: File -> Load Model
Find any player model ( GarrysMod/garrysmod/models/ )
Now that you have found the model and loaded it, go to the Sequence tab.
If you want ACT_ enumeration ( View -> Show Activities )

P.S: If I understand you correctly, you want to find a lying animation, but this animation is only available for NPCs or for models that support NPCs animations (And it's sequence, NOT ACT_ )
