Cody Lutz, his fiancé Lucy, and his soon-to-be sister-in-law were enjoying the winter weather this past weekend and decided to make an over-sized snowman in the front yard.
In order to build a more structurally sound snowman, Lutz decided to use a large tree stump in their yard as the base. The trio covered the exposed bark with snow.
After returning from work on Monday, Lutz found tire tracks through his yard and leading into the base of the snowman. Lutz believes someone tried to spoil their winter fun by running over the towering snow sculpture but got a rude awakening when they hit the stump.
Get fucked
Juggernaut the snowman.
Judging by the photo, surely if the stump wasn't there the driver would have had to do a very quick turn immediately after hitting it or they would have rammed straight into the side of the house. I'm betting on this being staged by someone who knew the stump was there so the people who made the snowman could get their five minutes of fame.
Or they just slowly drove into it, because they still have some sense of self-preservation. I bet the stump just kind of gently pressed back, so they left with maybe a couple scratches on the front bumper.
This is more likely. If they were hauling ass, it still would have blown the snow apart, and the shape of the grille in the snow wouldn't be that intact.
People are assholes.
Alternatively, they could have been going slowly so they wouldn't wreck their own car since they knew there was a trunk in there.
Pretty sure anyone with half a brain would be going slow anyway, hitting a snowman at speed would be a great way to completely fuck the front of your car
I have a very rational hatred for people who kick over sandcastles and snow structures. This is a good story.
