Giuliani is one of the most astonishingly incompetent people on the face of the earth, I seriously struggle to think of anyone who fucks up both as consistently and as dramatically as he does.
It's kinda amazing that Cohen was better considering he was a complete and total loser all those years, eh?
It's a miracle someone this incompetent inexplicably not only became an attorney but also somehow won election to become mayor of one of the biggest cities in the world and on multiple occasions.

he's living proof that heroes will inevitably become villains but if you follow his career, he was so incensed by his first mayoral loss that he lurched far right and only by the skin of his teeth made it to office on GW's coattails in 2000, and only was reelected because of 9/11
