Per the report, the economic downturn was $11b, but the expectation is that $8b will recover. The $3b figure is considered non recoverable.
I'm gonna have to miss a few university lectures; it seems I'm becoming ill from the over-exposure to all this winning.
Pathetic.
I guess after its all said and done the border wall now costs 8 billion.... What a fucking joke of a government.
