Sad; just refrigerate leftover food after it’s cold, this should be a habit. I too take take risks with leftovers sometimes, but with refrigerating I’ve never gotten food poisoning from one. Then again I don’t think I’ve eaten week-old meals.
What a trash article, its only source is ChubbyEmu, who presents real-based, but ultimately theoretical cases that are brought up in medical discussion courses. Rather than one specific case, they correlate facts and elements of dozens of similar cases to create a hypothetical scenario and how to manage it. Emu's videos are presented for the intrigue and entertainment value this provides and shouldn't be used as an example of a real occurrence. Fucking hell.
