Who could of seen this coming??
Rather than manufacturing LCD panels in the United States, Woo said it would be more profitable to make them in greater China and Japan, ship them to Mexico for final assembly, and import the finished product to the United States. Earlier this month, Foxconn, a major supplier to Apple Inc., reiterated its intention to create 13,000 jobs in Wisconsin, but said it had slowed its pace of hiring. The company initially said it expected to employ about 5,200 people by the end of 2020; a company source said that figure now looks likely to be closer to 1,000 workers. Glad to see all that land seized through eminent domain will be put to good use.
So history is repeating itself. Foxconn promises they will build a factory, bring thousands of jobs, then pull out before anything really happens. All we need now is getting him out of Milwaukee (for some unknown reason, he moved into a tower just a few blocks from City Hall where his major opponent is mayor).
who could have seen this coming given they did the exact same thing in several other states.

Well then (this was posted yesterday in /r/milwaukee but still) https://i.imgur.com/HHtvCIS.jpg
gotta be difficult to be a retired Paul Ryan who lives right next to this place
So can they give the land back to the people they stole it from yet?
This should be grounds for lawsuits given the eminent domain that dealt with it.
