"Be careful of Iran. Perhaps Intelligence should go back to school!" Mr Trump tweeted.
The testy response comes after a US intelligence report said Iran was not making nuclear weapons.
Have we ever had an administration where the president and the rest of the government actively go out of their way to contradict each other?
It's unprecedented.
To be fair, I wouldn't discount Iran trying to make nukes.
"But we signed the nuke deal."
That don't mean shit if they can't find out that you're making nukes somewhere.
Didn't we go back on that deal?
of course they have to be wrong, Obama can't have been right with Iran and Trump can't be wrong with North Korea so they're wrong.
but its tragic that obama was right with iran and trump is still parading around saying everything is going fine with north korea.
Yeah I mean I sure you would know better than the US intelligence agencies.
No shit they're pursuing a nuclear armament again. The United States explicitly ended the treaty that Iran agreed to stating that they wouldn't. Trump's national security advisors told him, "dude, if you kill this deal, Iran will begin nuclear production again."
Trump killed the deal anyway, and is now acting all feckin' surprised that Iran is seeking nuclear armaments again when that is EXACTLY what our intelligence services warned would happen if he followed through on this bullshit.
Not only is it not surprising that they developed nukes, it would be downright negligent for them not to.
You don't enter into an agreement to not do something, get stabbed in the back, and then still not do that thing.
the agreement was a multilateral one though and outside of the US nobody else has pulled out. Its just making us weaker because we no longer provide a unified front to iran.
The second line of the article states that US intelligence agencies are reporting that Iran is not building nukes. Trump is insisting that he knows better.
If Iran isn't building nukes I'd be shocked. It's entirely possible -- but it's also possible Trump could be right.
That said, why the fuck would he pull out if he was confident they would build nukes after?!
He's confident they have always been building nukes, regardless of the deal.
For the second time, Iran isn't building nukes. It's literally in the title. Also the deal has remained in place in large part because of reassurances by the EU and the rest of the signatories. Its work continues without the US. The framework for this deal would have been impossible without a genuine will to compromise from Iran's reformist political wing and it has diminished their power and thrown the political football into conservative hands.
If he is then it's entirely by chance though because he's pulling his claims out of his ass in the face of our intelligence agencies telling him he's fucking retarded.
Iran is probably working on the technology but not the actual devices but that's the same as having a gun and having the bullets to use it. Its still more beneficial of them to not build nukes, so they put everything in place to do so in the future

Let's see how many grammatical errors exist within Dotard Dumbfuck's pair of tweets that berates our nation's Intelligence:

• There is a missing comma within the third sentence and improper capitalization, turning him into President Iran instead of the intended "When I became president, Iran was . . . "
• An inappropriate comma is located at the end of the same sentence. It should be "the Middle East and beyond", not "the Middle East, and beyond"
• It's either "they are VERY different" or "they are MUCH more different from before", not "they are MUCH different"
• The use of "but" is contradictory for the tone, implying that things improved due to the absence of the deal while also claiming in the same sentence that they are more dangerous
• "They are testing Rockets (last week) and more, and are coming very close to the edge." is a motley of errors, including the overuse of the word "and," that would be approximated to "They are testing rockets as of last week and more, but are coming very close to the edge!"
• He used "There" instead of "Their" when referring to the Iranian economy
• He missed placing a comma in the very sentence that refers directly to the capacity of the Intelligence Committee. While in this context, the word "Intelligence" can remain capitalized, it should be "Perhaps, Intelligence"
Score:
Stable Genius/10 (if letters count as 0)
Either I jumped to conclusions without reading the full report, or I know better than the intelligence agencies too. Your move, CIA...
