File Based Storage not working?

It ran smoothly the first time but now throws errors even if I delete the data file and start server again.

Is there perhaps a better example? I've looked at the code and it seems okay but no luck.

This tutorial is actually garbage and old.
Use util.JSONToTable and util.TableToJSON
