Well, that's what they're trying to do. They want to fix the unemployment rate of young Saudis, but this hasn't helped any. Maybe people don't want the sub-minimum wage jobs that these migrants used to fill, hmmm
maybe use the fucking absurd amounts of liquid capital your government has to pay higher wages for those jobs then? idk
