if that were true they wouldn't have the main character become a bro and fit in perfectly, also the guy at the end would have made no sense. It's about toxic masculinity, not men. if 'toxic masculinity' hurts your feelings you can switch it out for a word at your maturity level, like 'bellypain', or 'bad head-pictures'.

it doesn't, the office clearly is doing better once everyone learns to be more accepting.
I know it wasn't the message the short was trying to convey, but this just reminded e about myself not being able to fit in with my coworkers in my last job.
Doesn't matter any more since they let me go.
It might not be the capital M 'message' but your experience is a huge theme in the story, no need to talk your viewing down like that
