"Challenge" More like a joke that you weren't meant to actually fucking DO
What the fuck is going to become of us as a species?
all it takes is a couple people doing something really stupid and the media labels it as the newest "viral challenge"
I'm gonna start the Darwin Challenge and what you do is you take a gun and blow your brains out
it's water vapour... not amazing. honestly it's like being 5 once isn't enough.
at least this isn't one of those challenges where people do something that is obviously going to hurt them. It's mostly an accident from poor planning. Doesn't make it any less stupid though.
"Some of them being parents or adults (who) go outside with their kids to do it, and the kids kind of get excited and step in the way, and the parents end up throwing the water on the children," said Angie Whitley, clinical care supervisor at the Hennepin Healthcare burn center. Whitley said they also saw face scald injuries in people who threw boiling water in the air but the wind blew back the hot water on them. Loyola University Medical Center spokesperson Chris Vicik said it isn't just the people who throw water who are getting hurt. Some of those who suffered from burn injuries were just watching the stunt
An interplanetary bipedal species that is so goddamn lazy they will work themselves to death if it means they never have to work again.
Oh wow I wonder if it actually went viral or if just a few people did it and now it's on the news going viral because of the coverage I wonder if this will be another meme boomers will bring up when they wanna use a blanket statement about how dumb us young people are go eat a tide pod dummy
Can you elaborate a bit more on what you're saying here
Nothing. The strongest, smartest will continue to breed, while the dumb fucks will look like melted action figures.
it's a bit of steam. why are grown adults getting giddy over a bit of steam.
When's the Boiling Milk challenge?
As someone who mows 2 lawns in 90 degree weather so I don't have to mow them on different days, this is very much true.
nothing, we've just gotten really good at pointing out the stupid ones of us.
You're insane, what Steam is literally water past its boiling point You do realize that we are made of water right? I think you should take a pot of water and boil it on the stove, and keep your hands over an inch until all the water vaporizes, and see how long you last. https://www.thesun.co.uk/archives/news/279245/mum-reveals-horror-burns-after-thug-ex-boyfriend-poured-kettle-of-boiling-water-over-her-entire-body-when-she-dumped-him/ https://www.thesun.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/2719117.main_image.jpg?strip=all https://www.thesun.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/2719127.main_image.jpg?strip=all Woman, 22, reveals horrific burns she suffered after throwing ga.. https://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2014/01/10/article-2537156-1A8C043000000578-604_634x631.jpg https://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2014/01/10/article-2537156-1A8C042800000578-373_634x752.jpg I've personally been burned by boiling water, its not a fucking small thing dude, you're an idiot
Gonna pass on giving those pics a quote, but I'm pretty sure they're asking why adults were doing it in the first place, not why people are getting injured from being soaked with scalding water, which I don't think anyone is disputing happens
Do I have to point out past events like the Irish using their work boots to scoop up flaming alcohol from a brewery explosion, or the 'dancing plague' where people couldn't stop dancing for absolutely no reason back when doctors still thought the humors were a thing. Lets not even get started with the ancient Greeks or Egyptians. Nothings changed. We've always been retarded and we always will be
Chicago's Cook County Health chairman of emergency medicine Jeff Schaider advised the public not to try the boiling water challenge. "It's tempting to try," Schaider said. "It looks like it's pretty cool, but it's probably a bad idea." that's gotta be the least confident advice I've read

Russian roulette as standard when?
Who the fuck told that woman that that was how you do the challenge?
adults (who) go outside with their kids to do it, and the kids kind of get excited and step in the way, and the parents end up throwing the water on the children Holy shit that's terrible. Not sure why you guys are rating this one funny 🤔
Since when is it a "challenge"? It's a novelty
I've been burnt by my shower suddenly switching to boiling hot water and that shit was not pleasant.
Bronze bull challenge when? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brazen_bull
These so-called "challenges" are becoming more and more stupid. Anything for views, which is pretty sad.
why quote me i know what burns look like. fortunately modern burns specialists are very good, but it's just about preventing infection which is most difficult.
I turned the water tap all the way to hot once as a young dumb kid in the bathtub and that was enough alone on my hand. Didn't make that choice again.
