So, I went to report a bug in the game, as my favorite list and previously joined server list are constantly erasing themselves. I mean, they will erase themselves on a Monday night at 4am while im sleeping, they will erase themselves during any and all game updates, they will also just sometimes never save the server that I clearly clicked save on. So that's neat, and when I go to submit a ticket, I see this: Requester: KiLAgOriLA is suspended. Ok, is that all the information I get? I came seeking support, and not only do you not let me seek support, but you give me a very limited bit of information with which absolutely no guidance is given. What should I do? What are the alternatives? Should I just burn another $35, kind of like what I burnt on buying Rust the first time around? What's the end game here? What are my options, and as someone on the help page, why am I being denied help? Who does that? Who denies help to their paying customers? I've been gaming since 1998. My first customer service experience was calling Maxis and talking to a guy for 30 minutes just to get tips on how to play Sim City 2000. I didn't even have a problem, just loved the game and as a kid I wanted to talk to the gods that created my favorite game. But now, in 2019, I spend $35 and have a commonly known issue and can't even seek support for it, let alone find out why I have been suspended? I don't even have a VAC ban, have never cheated in ANYTHING, and simply want my game to work the way it was built.
