Disconnected: Time Out (unresolved after 4+ yrs?)

I've found posts about the 'Disconnected: Time Out' problem that go back 4 years, but there seems to be no firm answer on a fix?

Other recent posts on same issue unanswered:
I keep getting ''Timed out''
I have a problem, timed out.
Disconnected timed out

As others haved pointed out. None of this works:
Uninstall the Game
Reinstall the game
Uninstall my Laptop
Asking someone
nothing fix it
Restart MY router
reset my router

Some nights I will get 'Timed Out' 10+ times in a session. Nothing worse than farming for hours than Timing Out in the middle of a clan v clan battle.

I dont' get connection issues on any other online or FPS game I play. It's just Rust. I think it got worse when the anti-cheat company Rust uses was changed to anther company.

Please any permenant fix for this big problem?

Does FP staff read the 'help' forum?

I'm getting Timed Out in key PVP battles and its driving me crazy. This issue has been going on for years & if anything getting worse.
