I've never heard of FP offering a bug bounty just for reporting minor bugs.
If you figured out a way to make any Rust player's computer actually catch on fire, responsibly reporting that to the developers might net some kind of reward but I doubt it.
Do you honestly think the developers would pay you if you tell them about 1 bug?
On other projects (not a game) they pay $ 400-500 in the same vk.com they do this for serious bugs.
Bug bounties for social media or web browsers is entirely different from a video game. Video games don't (usually) store protected personal information or act as a vector for malware that impacts hundreds of millions of users.
