This comes after a defamation case was brought against him by family members of Sandy Hook victims. Judge Barbara Bellis also ruled that the families of the victims can depose other defendants in the case. In April 2018, the Sandy Hook families filed a lawsuit after Jones claimed the shooting never took place. The defamation lawsuits were filed in Texas, which was the home of Jones’ media company, Infowars. The plaintiffs in the case are the parents of five children killed at Sandy Hook: Jacqueline and Mark Barden, parents of Daniel; Nicole and Ian Hockley, parents of Dylan; Francine and David Wheeler, parents of Ben; Jennifer Hensel and Jeremey Richman, parents of Avielle; and Robert Parker, father of Emilie.

Oh fuck yea, get shat on Jones. I've been waiting to see how this defamation case would go when it was first brought up. I suspect he'll try to stick to his story. If he plays it off like it was all an act then he'd be found guilty for defamation right then and there, since he would have been knowingly lying about Sandy Hook. If he plays it straight, even if he's found guilty (which he still would be, since there's no way his "proof" will hold up under judicial scrutiny) then he'll be able to claim himself a martyr, being unjustly silenced by (((them))) for speaking the truth.
