guessing it's pulling them from a premade set because i am seeing dupes in this thread

they really should've checked what the randomizer made

It seems like the dupes are mostly occurring within a timeframe so my guess is that the generation is "per-user", it's just being done on a server somewhere at NVIDIA and what the site does is change the embedded picture on the site every second or so to whatever the most recent generation was. Assuming it's running constantly.

That first person has a very small mouth and it's somehow disturbing me more than the eldritch abominations just because it mostly looks okay.
