Wait,
That area behind the barn definitely wasn't there originally right?
Once again, going the extra mile by adding content to the game and keeping people second guessing. Brilliant.
I'm not sure either
that bit at the 4:15 mark made me fire up halflife 2 to see if there was an area behind the appearance of G-Man, only to find the houses he entered half rendered.
Well done scott. You gaslighted me for a moment into thinking I'd miss that area.
i think that area is a modified part of some doorsville competition entry, it looks fimiliar
The fact he failed the jump at the end has me wondering if he'll do the rest of the chapter without the airboat. This could make things very interesting.
I love how he referenced Race For Your Life, Charlie Brown. Slightly obscure reference too!
I liked how he got pissed at the GMan's ability to just teleport like its nothing.
Episode 56: Finally arriving at Black Mesa East
Imagine taking on the Hunter Copter without the Airboat gun.
Then again he canonically shot down an Apache with the MP5 during Surface Tension...
Since Freeman has doubts about seeing fishermen I kinda hope Lost Coast gets shoved in here somehow.
with the developer commentary enabled
he gets there in one episode, doing an accidental ABH and cursing a blue streak as he screams across the map at mach 10, terrified
I hope he does Micheals Mind for Hunt Down The Freeman next
please no
He should do Lost Coast as a bonus episode between Nova Prospekt and Anticitizen One, where the teleporter gets fucky.
He'll probably think of it on his own but you could always shoot something at his email. Don't forget he's the guy who managed to weave in HL Uplink, a bonus episode and 2 VA cameos when he had money on the line and was heavily pressed for time.
VA cameos? I didn't even know about it, only the (possible) Shepherd's mind reference right as he jumps into Xen. What VAs get cameo'd?
Krimson from Shephard's mind in the bit where he goes to Xen, and Mighty Pirate of Barney's Mind was amidst the voices in the Nihilanth teleporter, both of whom finished their respective series ages ago, so I was surprised they were both still around to do even a quick line for FM
Oh yeah, they once had a podcast type thing going called Meeting of the Minds. Barney, Shepard, Gordon, and Chell's mind were all in on it.
Chell's mind never finished though and I think her last upload was of a cup of beer.

don;t forget the stepchild of the stepchildren, Felix's Mind.
What a shame.

He was a good man. What a rotten way to die.
