Issues with the forum, can't read ToS or Privacy Policy... and posting comments.

Problem #1: When a user registers an account on these forums, for some reason the links to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy link directly to the Facepunch website page.
Problem #2: When you choose a comment to reply to, but then decide not to reply to it and then go to another thread, your comment box retains whatever content you're replying to (and you can't delete it).
#2 only happens for me if I return to the same thread, which I believe is by design.
Hmm... that wouldn't be called a problem if the reply is in the same thread, but it would be one if you suddenly were unable to get rid of it through any means without posting, then deleting it, and making a new post to (not really) "fix" it..
That's what I'm telling you, it works as expected for me.
It depends what browser/OS and how he's trying to delete it.
I know that on iOS on Chrome I could delete old quotes just by going back.
However on Android on my current phone(S9) also using Chrome. I have to bring up the code blocks before I can delete the quote and then remove the code blocks.
With problem 1 and 2 going forward the forums are in a no develop period at the moment as we don't know if the forums are staying up or down, so we can't rectify these.
Guess it's nice the forums lasted this long.
I also miss the private message system, considering new Facepunch omits it completely.
