Breaching Team.
I was inspired by Ready or Not poster to make this, those four clones are representing players from a server, which one I will not mention here, there are three other versions of them, two slightly improved, another one in Black and White.

You may see a little difference in these two pictures, but I had improved the contrast and lighting in this picture.

This one's a Black & White version.
You may want to use some darker shadows and some asymmetry between the two main light sources. Instead of lighting the characters evenly from both sides, it'd look better one the light came more from the side and the other more from behind, like in the video thumbnail.
What Joazz said. I'd also add more shadows inside the dudes like inside the helmet visor and torso areas.
