Do you put shampoo straight on your head or put it in hand then on head

Like the title says, do you put your shampoo directly from the bottle onto your head or do you put it in your hand then rub it in with said hand?

I use a shampoo bar so I guess both because I hold it in my hand and rub it on my head. Regular shampoo goes on the hand and then the head though.
Put it in your hands to get the proper dose and to get it all sudsy before application.
I put it in my hand so I can lather it onto my other hand to evenly distribute it to my hair.
I do it properly and not like a fucking degenerate.
I have my servant do it for me.

I just point the bottle straight up and squeeze as hard as I can. Whatever lands on my head is what I use.
I wash exclusively when it just happens to rain and no other time, using no soap

What do I do for both?
Having long hair kinda results in using a fair amount and having to spread it out all over the place.
I tend to put it on my nob first and then use it to reach my hair.

I tie the bottle to a string that is then tied to a drone
I squirt shampoo in each eye and then spread downwards from there.
I just drink it.

I open the cap of the bottle and push my hair inside the bottle
I use my bald roommate's shampoo, he doesn't use it very much
Straight onto head otherwise most of it falls out of my hand.
