• Dealing with a Sweaty Ass

Alright so here's the deal. I'm having issues at work during times where I have to exert myself - times where there is a lot of moving around and setting up gear. My main issue is that for some reason the only part of my body that sweats is my ass crack. Rarely sometimes around the waist, the main culprit is the ass. I've been scrubbing vigorously down there in the shower but it still happens no matter what I do. It's fine when I'm not doing much but the moment I start doing some heavy work it just moistens up. The part I'm more worried about is down the line if I begin having relationships I don't want to have to worry about my stank ass after a long shift. What do I do? Is my only option pulling out a weed whacker and going to town down under? I got a hairy ass but don't feel like going down that option if I don't have to. Thanks for the help.
... Why would you think washing and shaving will stop sweating? If anything the shaving will make it worse with nothing to absorb moisture.
Uh, it's normal to trim down there. You dont have to go full baby smooth. I dont think you can do much more other than smearing deodorant on your ass.
Yeah don't shave anything in the joints or asscrack if you sweat like a pig unless you want the angriest groin known to man. It takes dark magic and ancient juju magic to keep the joint hairs happy.
yeah there isn't much you can do beyond smearing soap on it everyday
Shower before and after, wipe periodically if you can.
Why not just go into the restroom and wipe your ass from time to time?
I had a similar issue, it was mostly my underwear that was causing a lot of problems. I switched to athletic underwear with moisture protection, air flow, that good jazz. I wear the Reebok brand.
Turn it into a positive Collect your ass crack sweat and send it off to your enemies
there's that dr. bronner's deodorant / soap thing that people apply to their armpits and stuff when they sweat more than normal (might be wrong about this one) other products are driclor, drysol, and i would look on reddit for that type of stuff because it's brought up a lot there. if you can get away with shorts at work, maybe buy yourself some nice linen shorts Men's AIRism Collection | UNIQLO US get their boxer briefs, the material is incredible and it's very comfortable, and made to cool you down
USe a tampoon
Can you link what you got? I'll take a look
I don't respect you as a person at all anymore
could also just be your diet dude. meat sweats are a thing. do you eat gutbomb meals during or before your shift? do you get drunk on beer a lot? also don't overshower cuz your body will just try to replenish oils faster. other than that better undies are probably your best bet.
Moisture wicking boxer briefs are a godsend. I have heard others say something like Gold Bond powder may help as well, but I have no personal experience with it.
I get them at Sam's Club if that helps but I think they are these Reebok Mens Breathable 3PK Boxer Briefs Black L https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00LW84EMY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_fY2ACbWP3QWC9
baby powder
This is like trying to put out a fire with gasoline
Sell it on ebay as organic ass juice
Well, shaving was a bad idea on your part. Losing weight will help your swamp ass if you are overweight. Wearing proper underwear that dries out easier will help you - look into getting stuff that is designed to wick away and dry moisture. You can use baby powder, but be careful cause if you sweat really bad it could make a powder stain. You could also wear pants or shorts which help with moisture. Also wear colors which hide it better. Also don't stress about it, some people sweat differently and a lot of dudes get swamp ass. As long as you don't stink most people don't care. Specially if your job involves a lot of physical activity. If it is light sweating most people will not notice, if it is heavy sweating over a prolonged period of time you might take notice.
I have not shaved, thankfully. I'm gonna try the new underwear + some powder.
if you had pics of your sweaty asshole it'd be a lot more helpful to the conversation
This has good reviews on Amazon Don't shave, hair absorbs the moisture. If you want to alleviate the smell use baby powder. If you're self conscious about dating just make sure you shower before intimate time, maybe invite her into your shower. Here's another question: what is your size and height? Is losing weight an option? If your ass is more in shape you will have less fat pressing up together which heats your butt to induce sweat. This works if you are over 250 or so but even if you weight less having a great ass can make up for the stank.
If it's a public bathroom just use the hand dryer.

It won't stop the sweating, but it sure as hell helps keep things cleaner. It's way easier to wipe your ass when there's no shit getting smeared through the hairs. I'd much rather have a sweaty ass than sweat mixed with shit residue just cooking in your crack.
Hairy guy here. I used to be far too hairy and sweaty down under, so the first thing I did was try shaving. Big mistake. Do not do that unless you want the next month of your life to be HELL. However, scissors are your friend. Use them when you're in the shower. You can trim your cheeks if they're hairy, but the main culprit will be the crack and down in your gooch. Trim it all short but just be careful, especially when you're close to your arsehole, you don't want want to cut that off. The end result will be less sweat, less odour, and easier wiping. You may experience some mild itching for a day but that'll pass. Trimming is a simple solution but it helps massively, especially in the summer months.
Combine these 3 things and you will be set: -Apply some real antiperspirant, not a cheap one. -Pour baby powder in the zone. Grab some for work. -Use protective underwear.
I was a frequent sufferer of swamp ass. It's hell. I switched to athletic briefs and the problem sort of just went away.
