I'm setting up my server and i made a team called detonator and a job called vip and i need help with a donate system so when a player donates it auto group them to detonator.

Well, you'd have to make a web script or something that connects to the server and gives whatever you wanna give to the player whenever the payments done, don't know if there's any free systems out there, but I know that in the Gmodstore there's at least 3 different payment/donator systems to buy and use
Yikes haha, that attitude isn't going to get you very far.
Try breaking it into smaller pieces, approaching things one at a time, and asking about specific problems. A donation system has many moving parts, no one is going to write out every single step and give you something that works. You're going to need to make a more focused effort and ask pointed questions, or no one will help you.

I know the question is in there but not actually stated as sentence with questionmark, but whatever.
You can use mistforums, they have free integrated donation system that syncs with game after just putting it on the server
