https://youtu.be/CnxUZzpkoP8 Original Reddit source: https://www.reddit.com/r/KotakuInAction/comments/alfw2w/atomic_heart_possible_development_problems/ -- The article and the video are roughly two weeks old now, but I still wanted to post it here because a lot of people on this forum are looking forward to it, but I haven't seen much coverage of this potential red flag yet.
Wow, who would have thought that such an ambitious project developed in a country where even the remains of something resembling an organised game industry have died a long, long, long time ago would turn out to be a scam??
This looks suspicious ever since its reveal. It's a bummer, but I'm not surprised,
"Most anticipated trailer of 2018" I think that was the tagline when a trailer for this started popping out of the blue on youtube last year with zero prior marketing for the game before that. Suspect
My favorite part is that NVidia is also involved so at this point its going to be bloated with dodgey RTX implementation.
I think we need to set up a special refugee program to save all these slav developers with really cool ideas the dead-end scam favory that is their games industry.
Look at it this way; it was so unfinished and unfocused that EA didn't want to touch it
I'll quote myself from 8 months ago
