why is the large hanging banner still not working when its one of the first decoration items that was added like two years ago?

I have F7'ed this problem for a few years now, You used to be able to place 3 pillars on top of each other for the mast and then place a hanging banner on the top one,
it was good for base id and clan colours, but with the pillars gone you could still use two walls on top of each othe and hang the banner on them or as in the pictures above use a tower wall, You have the same problem with the standing banner, you could never place this on a roof only on the ground,
I also miss being able to place traps, landmines and spikes in shallow water, now you get the "salt water" or "drink" message pop up when you try to
place them,
i posted so many to show that almost the entire wall is not allowing to place the banner, in fact the only spots where on the very edge of the wall on the top.
