Here, i would like to suggest some concepts and ideas.
Base defense
_____________
1) Add mountable guns for better base defense. This can be used by defender but it may leave them for easy sniping target.
2) Add fire extinguisher
3) Add electrocuted fences which uses the electricity. This can be countered by rubber suits like hazmat suit.
Raid
---------
1) Add stun grenades.
2) Add EMP grenades which disable all electronic items including turrets. Make it rare to find and make it not craft-able.
3) Add Garbling hook arrow which uses wood, metal and rope. U can use to climb bases. but climbing is too slow. Rare item to find and craft-able
4) Add remote controlled toy cars/helicopter. It is useful to scout the base but easy to destroy and rare to find. It also makes the person which controlled to be vulnerable.
PvP

1) Raid point #1
2) Add ability to climb trees (but add rope sling as item for use, craft-able by rope or cloth)
3) Add riot shields (But limited ability use weapons while using)

I like most of these, and have thought of variations myself from time to time.
Defense
The "pintle" Mount should be a craft-able item. It is a secured stand that an automatic or crew-served weapon can be mounted to. It could be placed on Balloon basket, any owned Base wall or RHIB. Even the mini-copter front seat and Chinook side doors could benefit. The downside is of course increased exposure for the player to have what amounts to static Tactical Gloves.
Sure why not? But low priority.
I want electrified prison wall, chain link and floor grates. Logical extension of the concept that I am assuming will come to pass. It would have to be a HUGE power hungry beast though. Wipes out a fully charged small battery in a single jolt, or two at most.
Raid
I am always for giving people the CHOICE to take the low road. Non-lethal PvP options show just how low people prefer to go when they refuse to use it. No scoring or game bonus for killing here, many ways to get what you want non-lethally.
No. No. No. Facepunch JUST got electricity barely up. No need to nullify it with a single deus ex machina.
Yes, but low-priority. We have RF now, so it may come to pass. FP is talking about remote access cameras, and a drone would be an ideal use.

Yes, a rope and harness arrangement would be nice for scaling trees/poles.
Yes. Increased projectile protection with loss of weapon use. A team play item then turns the player into a shield-bearer and med stick wielder.
For me personally, I have smaller wishes. Just make a C4 remote detonator. I want to be able to slap a charge somewhere and wait as
long as I may wish to until triggering it. Using remotely/automatically detonating C4 could help in base defense while offline. Trigger the laser… boom. The "go down swinging" approach. You die with the loot. Would rather the base destroy itself killing raiders than give them a single piece of charcoal. "Suicide" Loot Rooms could become a thing.
Ladders beat the purpose for the grappling hook; The scouting "helis" are an interesting idea, especially for big and closed compounds, but the car ones wouldn't be really worth it, overall scouting as a naked is as good (Assuming these cars couldn't go over walls); Climbing trees? Tough call, even though it'd be definitely a fun mechanic for some, others would be completely pissed, even without ever encountering a tree ninja. But there are also technicalities that aren't met, for example, how do you code that on most of the trees? The amount of bugs and exploits could be unimaginable, but to top it off, there's a graphics setting that makes said trees become cardboard cutouts. What would you do? Remove the setting so players experience worse lag, let it be and make players easily spotted (Therefore useless) or let it be but make players 100% hidden (Therefore OP)? All in all, really doubt this will ever get conceptualized, much less implemented; Don't really see a point in adding electric fences if all it takes to surpass would be a hazmat suit (Common armor even for early-mid game).
Everything else has my interest, to the point I'd like to see it happen in game.

I think he may be confusing the cart.
The push cart is coming. It will fit one large box and a deployed turret. Large deployables will go in the cart when FP changes how items are carried and weighed. They want to eliminate slots, and base your walking speed on how much weight you are carrying. Running with a pack full of stone won't be happening anymore.
One can currently stand on a turret, but not "mount" it.
The picture I get is of homeless folks pushing a shopping cart that has some punch to it.
No I don't. There was a turret mentioned in the mountables list, along with chair and others
I haven't played Rust in a while, but it would be cool if you could build roads, making you travel faster on those bits. Just an idea.
