Robert Kraft: putting the “nasty” in dynasty since 1994
https://www.wsj.com/articles/florida-prosecutors-offer-to-drop-charges-against-patriots-owner-robert-kraft-11553014972?mod=e2tw Florida prosecutors have offered to drop charges against New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft and a number of other men charged with soliciting prostitution, according to a person familiar with the matter, but there is a catch. The proposed agreement calls for the men to admit they would have been proven guilty at trial. The proposed deferred prosecution agreement calls for completion of an education course about prostitution, completion of 100 hours of community service, screening for sexually transmitted diseases and payment of some court costs
Remind me again why prostitution is illegal?
Christian morals.
(slash connections to human trafficking)
even though legalized prostitution could fight against human trafficking
I think you can technically even get around it by having some sort of clearance or claim saying that your intentions were to film a porn.
Which wouldn't exist if it was legal and regulated
Human trafficking entered the picture because it's illegal and therefore prostitutes don't have anywhere they can go for help.
The desire to control what women can do with their bodies.
He's friends with Trump and the parlor is new Mar-a-Lago.
Too rich to fall. I fear for the world when the people finally get fed up and disrupt the status quo with a violent thunderclap.
Too big to fail and too big to jail are requirements under modern capitalism
A number of these brothels are staffed with slaves who are threatened with either deportation or violence if they do not do as they are told. If they have papers, those papers are withheld by the brothel owners or the traffickers, who are closely connected. The owner often provides their food and housing which they are billed for, yet they are not paid so they are convinced they have to work off the debt. And when I say housing, that doesn't mean actual housing, many slaves just live at the spa and cannot go anywhere because they lack money and are afraid for their safety. There's a conspiracy that the brothel owners are keeping the police away because they're connected with the right politicians, and stuff like this or the spa owner that sold access to Trump make it seem somewhat plausible.
