Steve did more for wildlife preservation than PETA ever will.
Steve Irwin has done a lot more good for animals than PETA ever will
As much as I hate Peta I agree with them on this one, Irwin was a piece of shit
crikey
They know what they're doing. This is just another poor attempt at creating publicity from outrage.
Creating outrage instead of actually helping and contributing. The PETA way.
No
Imagine thinking you have a leg to stand on with your animal execution stations lmao
PETA should be boycotted at this point
You can fuck right off if you even think about shit talking Steve
Yeah. You don't get to drop nuclear takes like that and think you can just walk away. Substantiate that claim my guy.
Juggling with toddlers in front of crocodiles and provoking/scaring animals in front of a camera for entertainment is not something to adore
Hey man, at least Irwin didn't want to fuck the animals.
Sorry for not liking your favorite TV man
Must be cold so high up on that horse
How about explaining me about what makes this guy okay instead?
you do realize that the animals aren't actually harmed right
Stress is also harmful
When filming a documentary, he had his divers find a missing scuba diver who had gone missing in the area they were filming
Founded Wildlife Warriors to involve and educate others in the protection of injured, threatened or endangered wildlife
Urged people to take part in considerate tourism and not support illegal poaching through the purchase of items such as turtle shells or shark-fin soup.
Educated the public on the most dangerous animals that most people wouldn't have the balls to get near
Animals deal with shit 600x worse, they're wild animals lmao
like you know
decapitation by a random bear, etcetc
Dislike steve and I will punch your tits off if you dont like it you know where the door is
Honestly I didn't know that, I believed he just made some cheap infotainment stuff
A brief moment of stress is of such a trivial consequence its not even worth mentioning. He was a man who knew animals well and very clearly cared for them, there's no reason to think he pushed them to a point where the animal's health was negatively impacted.
Ah yes because animals live in such a fucking utopia until some blonde bloke steps in to point a camera at them
Y'know, the peaceful wild utopia of fucking everything wanting you dead at any given moment while you basically live tweaked out on adrenaline because a funny looking leaf may actually be some ultra-poisonous megadeath spider that really wants to drink your innards
"I gave you my completely unsupported opinion, now you have to tell me why I'm wrong"
That's not how it works.
This still doesn't warrant calling me an animal fucker tho'
Well there's your problem. The man was a wildlife conservationist and did more for the preservation of crocodilians and other "nasty-looking" beasts than anyone else. His TV show helped people open their eyes to how strangely beautiful crocs were and how they needed to be protected just like other, more photogenic endangered animals like elephants and rhinos. He wasn't some dumb asshole, he knew how dangerous these creatures were. But he also knew their limits, which was why he was able to do such dangerous-looking stunts with seemingly reckless abandon.
Irwin and his show were a significant part of my childhood, I considered him a hero. Seeing PETA being so damn disrespectful to someone who's done more for the preservation of wildlife than they ever could or ever will pisses me off to no end.
Maybe you should research shit before you make blatantly idiotic statements about things and people you don't seem to know a goddamn thing about?
If you can't backup your information, I don't see why people need to back up their insults.
