That's between him and his family, it's not like what he was doing was in any way harmful to the public. Besides, like _Axel said, disclosing these details publicly could be harmful to the family. What if the mother doesn't want her nine year old daughter to know how he died? Seems reasonable under the circumstances, but some asshole decided to put it all over the internet, ultimately forcing her hand against her will because there's no way the kid doesn't have access to the internet.
