Its not always anti-vax propaganda though, which of course should still be fought, often its also just general lack of education about vaccines or simply poor places that can't afford them or get help.

The people propagating this shit should fucking rot for crimes against humanity. They're corrupt, evil people selling out the health of future generations for that sweet paranoid suburban mom revenue.
I don't think Anti-Vax had anything to do with this, I was in Cavite Province doing volunteering work over the summer and it really hurts knowing some of the kids I worked with are probably amongst these cases.
For reference I think Anti-Vax is very low on what caused this outbreak seeing as even the weekend after we left a mother of one of the children was too smacked out of her head to feed her kid and she died, people don't know how fucking good they have it in Western countries.
Anti-vax propaganda is definitely factor though, if what I see on social media pretty much every day now is anything to go by
Iirc vaccines are being given out for free at some hospitals at certain places atm too, Cavite included. I know for a fact that at least one of the health centers in my area have been giving them out for free for some time now too.
