"Heat syncope or fainting is a mild form of heat illness that often results from physical exertion when it is hot. It occurs when your body, in an effort to cool itself, causes the blood vessels to dilate to such an extent that blood flow to the brain is reduced."
What an esoteric way to describe overheating.
Anybody who's worked in food has made that exact Danger Zone edit in their head a hundred times before.
The fucking food safety one where the guy didn't even work there and intentionally made them fail was amazing.
That special type of lift looks dumb af but I'll be laughing when I'm 90 and still have the back of a young Gazelle
When will he come back to review games?
It's basically a deadlift
Anyone who's ever worked manual labor in a factory will tell you that that lift technique is absolutely crucial. Try lifting 30+kg furniture around all day for 8 hours any other way and enjoy your bed-tying back ache.
I think it's mostly how it's presented that makes it silly.
Cause I've been doing it to anything that is remotely heavy for a few years now and I haven't had as much back pain as I used to. Give the legs a good workout too if you do it often.
Jon doesn't know about the food safety danger zone?
Yeeeeesh
Although I'm sure the layman wouldn't know about it, when I first started working with fresh cut fruit they stress the importance of the danger zone into your brain
