• Can't find proper winter fleece

I'm looking for a winter fleece to slip underneath my hoodie but all the ones I can find are thin as can be and don't actually offer any warmth. Can someone recommend me one that is actually somewhat thick and can actually fucking handle temps under 45F. I need one for work because I work outside all day and we started to get snow recently and it's been cold asf.
With the risk of sounding unhelpful, I'd way what you really want is a good protective outer layer to complement the insulation of your hoodie, such as a windproof coat or jacket. Stacking another layer of soft insulation will help much less if you don't have a proper outer layer. But if you need a fleece layer I'd recommend searching for "mid layer", I.E thin micro-fleece shirts/pants popular among skiiers. They fit under anything and provide good warmth and some breathing.
