prop_static ladder disappears when approaching it.

As title.

Prop_static ladder with an invisible climbing face behind it. Fully functional but disappears whenever I get close to it or am climbing it.

Unsure of what's causing this.

Are you getting any compile errors? This is something that can occur if you have a leak somewhere. Easiest way to see if you have a leak is after a compile running a point map. If it asks to load a file, this probably isn't the issue. Do you have a decent gap between the ladder and it's climb function? Try increasing the gap if you haven't yet. Ladders are a pain and if not spaced just right you'll get problems there as well.
