I've heard a few people stating that part of her skill comes from Econ, which deals with both quantitative & qualitative statements, rather than the people around her that galloped through law school yet have the eloquence of a rotting carcass and are only able to recite facts without any weight behind them. That's how AOC is able to maintain the attention of her audience, because she drives a point home carefully, rather than throwing it out and hoping everyone interprets it correctly <-- Hence why criticisers of her will struggle to twist her words, and instead have to resort to the ol' fabrication of complete nonsense strategy.

Unlike all these establishment Republican and Democrat hacks who've lived cushy lives without needing to care about those below them, AOC came from the bottom essentially, and not only sees, but understands the injustices inherent in American society. With most of her colleagues unwilling to actually do anything to solve these injustices, it's on her(and a handful of others such as Ilhan Omar), to show the American people how it's done.
Considering that in a disgusting show of disloyalty, the Democrats are trying to run handpicked candidates against the likes of AOC and Ilhan Omar to get them out of the House(both of which are registered Democrats), that just makes this all the better.
