You thought that was it, we just gettin started baybeeeeeeeee
Oh boy, Felix Sater has been quiet for about a year. Good to see he's not finished spilling the Siberian caviar.
Make them public goddammit
Make those big trial threads a normal thing around here
They really should. Public opinion must change, since it is the public that puts these criminals and conmen into power.
I kind of wonder what the GOP are like in closed hearings though. There'd be no point putting on the performance they did with Cohen
Tell you what, seeing the political memes coming from even the mods is a breath of fresh air for Polidicks.
I posted this over in the Cohen trial thread earlier today, but I'll also post it here:
GOP Rep. Chris Stewart Shares Focus Of Michael Cohen's Closed
KELLY: And I guess that's why I was curious why that seemed to be the line of questioning from Republican after Republican yesterday.
STEWART: Yeah, and I - and you would have to ask them. But the format downstairs in our committee is very, very different. Again, it's not five minutes. And it's not in front of TV cameras. And that's the big difference. And so we have an hour each, and we - and then, again, another shared hour. We can really follow a line of questioning. It's a very different experience. And you can have - you can expose so much more information in our process than you can in these open hearings in front of cameras in five-minute blocks
Someone from the GOP basically up and confirms that the anger during the public showing was just an act, and that they actually took it a bit more seriously in the private setting.
I refuse to believe the GOP is actually just pulling a ruse cruise for the camera just to make Trump happy. That would be next level hilarious if they were even a quarter as determined as the Democrats to catch POTUS.
...well, I did say "a bit" more seriously and not "way" more seriously
