I got a loading screen when i run loading screen in browser i can hear the music but in game i cant hear it idk why

Because Source Engine loading screen doesn't support many html tags and some js/css.
Find different function for playing music
Try using .wav format
.ogg worked for me
It's good no one should be forced to listen to music during loading
i thought everyone loves to be deafened by a generic edm song while joining a crappy server when youre trying to listen to your own music or talk to friends
At least offer an option in-game or on a webpage where the music can be disabled or volume changed.
Honestly interactable loading screens would be amazing.. just imagine

Unfortunately it's down.
They wont be interactible any time soon, but you can work around it: show a url on the loading page where the settings can be changed. People can alt tab and change it within seconds
